The South East Action Learning programme is for women working in Higher Education who are current or aspiring women leaders. It will support you to find your voice, to be ambitious in progressing your career and to use the wisdom of others to find your own.

“It’s very empowering to be surrounded by likeminded women who aren’t in your direct university. ”

“It has been a very positive experience and encouraged me not to be apologetic for being ambitious”.

“It has made me rethink myself as a manager in terms of my style and how I deal with colleagues in tricky situations and my actions and how I face some situations. It has also impacted my personal life too. ”.
