The South East Action Learning (SEAL) programme brings together women working in Higher Education who want to develop their confidence, navigate workplace challenges and grow personally and professionally.
Through facilitated action learning with peers from other universities, you'll gain fresh perspectives, develop practical skills and discover new ways to approach the challenges and opportunities you face.

The South East Action Learning programme brings women together from universities across the South East to learn from one another, develop their confidence and build lasting networks of support.
Our ambition is to create a space where women can find their voice, recognise their strengths and approach challenges and opportunities with greater clarity and confidence.
What We Offer
South East Action Learning (SEAL) offers a supportive space to step away from the demands of everyday work and think differently about the challenges and opportunities you face.
Working in a small group with women from other universities, you'll use Action Learning (a type of peer coaching) to explore real situations, ask thoughtful questions and discover new perspectives.
Along the way, you'll develop valuable listening, questioning and problem-solving skills that you can use in your professional and personal life, while building connections with women who understand the challenges of working in Higher Education.
